FikaFEMME Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel empowered and confident in every FikaFEMME piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below:

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Returns must include the original packaging where possible.

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer free size exchanges if stock is available.

• For different items, please return your original order and place a new one.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

📦 How to Return

• Please email us at returns@fikafemme.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items and worn/damaged pieces cannot be returned.

• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

FikaFEMME Shipping Policy

At FikaFEMME, we are committed to delivering our garments with the same care and precision we put into crafting them. Although we currently do not have a physical store in the UK, we ship directly from our production base in Germany with reliable, tracked delivery.

• All orders are shipped from Germany.

• Delivery time: Estimated 3–5 business days

• Shipping cost: FREE for all UK orders — no minimum spend required

• Orders are shipped with tracked and insured international couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS)

📦 Packaging

• Each item is carefully folded and packaged in sustainable, recyclable, and branded materials

• Our packaging reflects the minimal, luxurious identity of FikaFEMME while reducing environmental impact

🔄 Processing Time

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase

• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped
