FikaFEMME Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel empowered and confident in every FikaFEMME piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below:

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer free size exchanges if the requested size is available.
• For a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

📦 How to Return

• Email us at returns@fikafemme.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide the return address and instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items and visibly worn or damaged pieces cannot be returned.
• Custom or made-to-order garments are non-refundable, unless faulty.

At FikaFEMME, we are committed to delivering our garments with the same care and precision we put into crafting them. Although we currently do not have a physical store in the UK, we ship directly from our production base in Germany with reliable, tracked delivery.

• All orders are shipped from Germany.
• Delivery time: Estimated 3–5 business days
• Shipping cost: FREE for all UK orders — no minimum spend required
• Orders are shipped with tracked and insured international couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS)

• Our packaging reflects the minimal, luxurious identity of FikaFEMME while reducing environmental impact
